Breaking news – Oaths Authorized for WebDepos 3/30/20

line

The Wisconsin Supreme Court issued an administrative order on, March 25, 2020, authorizing Wisconsin notaries (court reporters) to swear in witnesses remotely via audio-video communication technology. Please read the full order below.

Phipps Reporting has been providing its WebDepo™ service for the last decade, not only throughout the entire U.S., but in more than 30 countries. Our reporters are well-versed in remote audio-video communication technology. We have also facilitated live trial testimony via remote attendance. WebDepo™ enables litigants to attend from anywhere and not be tied to a traditional videoconference facility.

In light of this present unprecedented situation, and in support of coming together as a community, we are waiving our webconferencing fee and offering free consulting and training on how to litigate remotely via WebDepo™.

If you, your firm, or key personnel have questions, would like to schedule a consultation or receive training on how to conduct WebDepo™, please feel free to contact us, or if you need anything at all.
