Phipps Reporting knows how to manage documents and media from discovery to settlement or trial. There are limitless amounts of software products for document management, but what really matters is the people managing the information.
Every law firm in every case works differently, so we provide load files in the formats you need. We have live depositories for document reviews in our facilities. Our production department can handle any project of any size and natively scan and index files in exact sequencing. We offer a case repository for all exhibits and transcripts with a detailed indexing system. Whenever new files are posted, all parties are notified. Exhibit binders are brought to the deposition, or we can provide our electronic i-Exhibit Management System (iEMS). Phipps Reporting also offers an in-house paralegal team.
Phipps Reporting has managed more than 200 cases, including up to 50 or more multiparty cases at one time. No job is too large: We have experience managing documents for as many as 70 parties on a single case. When other court reporting firms have mishandled case document management, Phipps Reporting has stepped in to bring the case back in order to client satisfaction.
