Phipps Reporting, a premier provider of court reporting and turnkey litigation-support solutions, has acquired Investigative Process Service, Inc., a process service firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. This was the sixth and final acquisition of 2021, and the eighteenth acquisition completed by Phipps Reporting.
Phipps Reporting CEO Christine Phipps explained, “Expanding Phipps Reporting both organically and through mergers and acquisitions has been part of our strategic plan since the company began in 2010. Acquiring Sandi’s firm is our first process serving company acquisition, in addition to the 17 court reporting firm acquisitions thus far. Expansion of this service is a true indicator of the trust we have built in this area of our service platform, making Phipps Reporting a true one-stop-shop for litigation support.”
Phipps Reporting added process serving in 2017 as an enhancement to their portfolio of litigation support solutions. The addition came at the request of their clients who valued and trusted the top-tier quality services the Phipps’ brand was well known for. Christine Phipps recruited Sandra Cassalia, an industry veteran with nearly 25 years of experience, to lead what would become an extraordinary process serving team.
The department was built based on knowledge and best practices gleaned from a focus group held with lead paralegals throughout the legal community. As a result of this collaboration, our process serving motto was born, “The Art of Communication is the Language of Our Process Serving.” Phipps Reporting takes great pride in knowing that clients count on them as a trusted partner.
Firm owner Sandi Eisenberg added, “Phipps Reporting has the knowledge and expertise to make the transition a complete success. I have confidence that my clients are in good hands.”
