With 25 years of experience in process serving, we have what it takes to successfully serve the most difficult assignments!

Our powerful process serving system is designed to keep clients informed. This is achieved through a mobile app where servers open the job assigned to them from their phone and enter the attempt information along with recording the GPS latitude/longitude. If the document is served, the information necessary for a complete affidavit is entered and saved through the app. Phipps Reporting is committed to serving our clients by securely saving all documents associated with the case on our own secure server. Court documents, affidavits, and skip trace reports are scanned into our system and saved to your portal, and all scanned documents are viewable from our client website.

We provide all of our clients with easy-to-use Phipps Process Serving Online, a secure website that allows you to access your files using a unique username/password. You can access the status of your file at any time. An email is also generated and sent to you once the paper is served or when an affidavit of diligence is created. Beyond just status updates, our clients can access and download service affidavits. We know that our clients work around the clock and often need information afterhours. Access updated service attempt details 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Our affidavit of diligence is an added bonus for our clients. We put together an affidavit that compiles detailed notes from the process server, results of the skip trace report, and standard case information.

Yes, we will physically file the affidavit at courts for a small courier fee when e-filing cannot be accomplished.

  1. Yes, the court must be notified your party has been served by filing an affidavit of service.
  2. Yes, we email the affidavit back to the requestor. If we file the affidavit on your behalf, you will receive a conformed copy via email unless the original is requested by USPS/UPS/courier for a small fee.

Our process servers attempt service at all times of the day and night. Residences are typically attempted in the mornings and evenings. If you believe the subject will be home during the day, please let us know, and we will attempt to serve the document accordingly.

Businesses are normally attempted between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., unless the business has odd hours.

We do not list our prices on our website because each serve is unique and our fees depend on several factors. Contact us to request a quote. We offer volume service discounts for law firms, NAPPS members, and private investigative firms.
Where an Application of Special Process Server is required to be filed before service is completed, please contact our knowledgeable staff for our process server’s names before filing legal documents.
Yes, a sheriff can serve your legal documents, although this is not recommended. You may experience difficulty in getting the documents served, and most are not served in a timely manner, if at all.
