PHIPPS REPORTING NAMES TAMARA JENKINS NATIONAL COURT REPORTING MANAGER
Christine Phipps, CEO of Phipps Reporting, Inc., a national court reporting and litigation support firm, has announced that Tamara “Tammy” Jenkins, RMR, CRR, CRC, FPR, CLR joined the company as National Court Reporting Manager. In her new role, Jenkins will act as a liaison and technical resource for court reporters while continuing to report depositions and court proceedings for all types of legal cases with specialties in tobacco, pharmaceutical, product liability, and medical malpractice. “Tammy brings the perfect balance of court reporting experience, industry knowledge, and technical prowess to ensure our reporters are top shelf and delivering the best product possible to our clients,” noted Christine Phipps. “The culture of Phipps Reporting is to bring on team members in key roles that have vast experience and intimate knowledge of the court reporting industry and know what it takes to perform this job at the highest level.”
Jenkins brings 30 years of court reporting and technical mastery experience to the firm. Previously she worked as a freelance reporter in South Florida, heavily sought after for her technical abilities and accurate realtime proficiency. Jenkins and Phipps have known each other and worked together since 2000, and through that mutual respect, when Phipps Reporting opened, Jenkins committed as an independent contractor reporter and has been instrumental in helping the Phipps Team achieve excellence. Jenkins will be managing the day-to-day reporter issues and development of the reporters that represent Phipps Reporting across the nation. Jenkins is a member of the Florida Court Reporters Association (FCRA) where she earned the Florida Professional Reporter (FPR) designation, and is a member of the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) where she earned the Registered Merit Reporter (RMR – 260 wpm), Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), and Certified Realtime Captioner (CRC) designations.
